Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses accepted at checkout in the United States. Some territories, military addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii may have different delivery options or costs, which will be shown before purchase.

2. Shipping cost

Standard shipping is complimentary within the contiguous United States. Any charge for Alaska, Hawaii, territories, expedited, or special delivery will be shown before you place your order.

3. Processing times

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, and each package may have its own tracking information.

During launches, holidays, or unusually busy periods, preparation may take longer. We will let you know if a significant delay affects your order.

4. Delivery estimates

An estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order communications when available. Estimates begin after an order is processed and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs, remote locations, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

5. Tracking your order

Once tracking is available, we will include it in your shipment email and order status. You can also use Order Status with your order number and checkout email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives a package.

6. Address changes

Review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before shipment, but we cannot guarantee a change after an order enters fulfillment. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

7. Lost or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly. Include your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the shipment with the carrier and work toward an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
